One complete 2D drawing may be enough for a simple part. Complex machined parts usually benefit from a 2D drawing plus a STEP model. Welded or multi-part assemblies may require an assembly drawing and related component information.

What information should I send for quotation?

Please send the product category, drawing or sample information, material, estimated quantity, interface or thread standard, application notes, finish, inspection and packaging requirements when available.

Which drawing formats can I upload?

You can upload PDF, JPG, PNG, STEP/STP, IGES/IGS, DWG, DXF and ZIP files, up to 5 files with an 8 MB per-file and 12 MB total limit.

Can you review a physical sample?

Yes. Sample-based projects can be reviewed after the sample details, application and related requirements are discussed.

What happens if my files are larger than 12 MB?

Please include a secure cloud link in the project requirements field, or email the files directly to kisaweng@outlook.com.
